Compared with the traditional continuous casting and rolling copper rod production equipment, Upward continuous casting machine of 8-20mm oxygen-free copper rod has realized a small investment and flexible output (2000-15000 tons annual output), suitable for the production of high-quality oxygen-free copper rods; large size without grease on the surface Copper rod, used for subsequent copper bar rolling.

●In terms of copper melting speed, most other supplier’s copper melting speed is about 500 kg/h, while our copper melting speed is 400 kg/h. The slow copper melting speed ensures that the copper liquid can be fully deoxidization, reduces the oxygen content, and improves the quality of the copper rod produced. At the same time, the overall equipment has low energy consumption and high traction speed, which is a comprehensive manifestation of the advanced design of the upward system.

●We use high-quality YASKAWA inverter; Servo motor we use is small equivalent servo system of 3000RPM, while others uses A medium equivalent servo motor; For traction reduction motor, we use Neugart of Germany.
●By the effective function of our thermal preservation and heat resistance materials, the surface temperature of our furnace shell is about 60~70 degrees, the surface temperature of inductors is about 150~180 degrees, and the surface temperature of most other supplier’s furnace shell is about 100 degrees, the inductors temperature is about 250~300 degrees, and its thermal insulation and heat resistance performance are far less than ours
