Our Insulating varnish has advanced production technologies and facilities, from which the designed production capacity can reach 50000 metric tons, and the amount of single lot can reach 40 metric ton. The products have good homogeneity, and quality is stable. The overall control of production is equipped with Emerson Electric’s whole process automation system, matched with complete infrastructure.
At the same time, we own wire enameling lines manufactured by MAG Austria, using response-reliable HAKKE Viscometer manufac tured by Thermo Electron Corporation Germany to test the viscosity of products, and mating a whole set of instruments to detect resins and to test enameled wires. This advanced production, detection, and application instruments efficiently assure the quality of insulating varnish to meet product standard requirements and guarantee the enameling wires using our varnish have reliable application performance. Our varnish has been UL listed and passed the ISO 9001 quality management system and 14001 environmental management system certification.
Now we can offer ten series of insulating varnish, including polyester, polyurethane, modified polyester, polyetherimide, polyimide, polyamide-imide, nylon, and self-bonding varnish and thinners.
