Tips for the maintenance and maintenance of cold jointing machine
Metal debris may accumulate on the working surface of the cold jointing machine and its tooling and must be removed periodically. If compressed air is available, use it to blow the debris away. For thorough debris removal, remove the die from the welder, disassemble the four modules of the die, and use a magnifying glass to carefully remove each module to ensure that trace amounts of debris are removed from all module surfaces.
Care must be taken when removing the mold, especially the small springs are easily lost. An unclean surface of the die will cause the wires to slip in the die when wiring, resulting in a failed solder. Be careful not to allow any grease on the working surface of the die after repair.
