2000 Ton Upward Continuous Casting Machine

Furnace

The power frequency induction furnace consists of three parts: melting furnace, transition bin, and holding furnace. Cathode copper plate is melted into copper liquid in a power frequency furnace.

Continuous upward casting machine

The continuous casting machine is the main equipment to achieve the upward continuous cast. It is made up of a traction device, a liquid location tracking system, and a crystallizer. And it is four stands structure design.

Take-up unit

This take-up device is a twin-head coiler. It consists of wire traction, a coiling device, and a turning plate. It can take φ8mm～20mm rods.
